Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") regarding the use of the internet-related services and information (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided through the Company’s official website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
Article 2 (Definitions)
"Website" means the online platform operated by the Company to provide corporate information, introduce services/products, and communicate with Users.
"User" means any visitor, whether a registered member or a non-registered guest, who accesses the Website and utilizes the Services or information provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
The Company shall post the contents of these Terms on the Website so that Users can easily review them.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea (or the court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters).
